R.I. Women For Notte
Johnny Notte's R.I. Johnny Cake Recipe

1 Cup of Johnny Cake Meal
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Sugar

Add 1 cup of boiling water (Mix - let stand for 15 minutes)

Thin with whole milk to suitable consistency - Drop by tablespoon on medium
hot griddle in 1/4" bacon fat.

Cook for 10 minutes on each side - turn only once.
